A small, hard-working consulting firm based in Colorado. Established in 2005.

Richard Dash.  As an educator, administrator, corporate officer and mediator, Richard has brought his conflict resolution and team building skills to bear on four continents. He specializes in teaching proactive skills of non-adversarial conflict resolution, team collaboration, clarity of communication and multi-cultural understanding.   Public and private institutions for more than 30 years have used his practical training skills in these areas. Eighteen of those years were spent living among Palestinians and Israelis in the Middle East, creating and teaching extremely practical tools for dispute resolution. A partial range of responsibilities have included:

 

  • Consultant to ministries of education in Europe and the Middle East, as well as non-profit Mexican/American cooperative education programs

  • Facilitator for GE Real Estate and GE Fleet Services, Senior Leadership Teams. Organizational development consultant for Fleet Services and the CIO office of GE Real Estate

  • Communications training and team building for GE Healthcare Performance Solutions and GE Electrical Supply.

  • Advanced Communications training for over 10% of Intuit Software’s nine thousand personnel

  • Consultant and facilitator for the Senior leadership teams of Ceridian and Stream Global

  • Trained the regional vice presidents of Royal Bank of Canada in managing conflict and confrontation

  • Aided and Facilitated CDR associates in corporate transition

  • Trainings provided for the Residents in Internal Medicine of Cedar Sinai hospital in Doctor-Patient communication

  • Training Director for “Interns for Peace Organization”, a program for Israelis living in and establishing peace programs in Palestinian villages

  • Consultant and international negotiator for OZ Building and Investments LTD.

  • Provided communications training for senior staff of Veritas as is separated from Symantec

  • CEO of Alumina Energy a newly formed energy storage company creating reliability in the renewable energy field.

  • Professional member of the International Enneagram Association and on the Board of Directors of the Colorado chapter.

 

Talya Dash is a Licensed Psychotherapist with offices in both Boulder and Arvada, Colorado. She has been practicing as a therapist for over ten years, specializing in Somatic Experiencing, a trauma therapy method, as well as addictions, couples work, and self-growth. Talya also works with small companies, providing business coaching, communication skills, and personal coaching. Talya has been professionally using the Enneagram for the last eight years, integrating it into her work with exciting and amazing results. She is a Board member for the International Enneagram Association- Colorado Chapter.

Barbara Dash.  Barbara has been a professional counselor, trainer, and lecturer for over thirty-five years. She has created and facilitated dynamic communication programs that have reached thousands of individuals in the Middle East, Europe, Canada, and the United States. She has managed various large non-profit organizations bringing her skills in conflict resolution techniques, mediation, leadership, diversity, and team building to create a successful and harmonious work environment.

 

Certified in several modalities of trauma therapy, such as Somatic Experiencing and Body Alignment, she maintained a successful psychotherapy practice for over twenty years, both in the Middle East and in Colorado. She has worked extensively with women in group settings worldwide, and with couples individually and in workshop settings. Her knowledge of the Enneagram and how it can support personal growth and development has helped many individuals globally. She is a professional member of the International Enneagram Association, and on the Board of Directors for the International Enneagram Association, Colorado Chapter.

 

Her professional experience includes:

  • Designed and delivered in-depth weekend workshops for couples since 1983, creating relationships with healthy work/home balance

  • Choice Point Consulting, Communication Courses and Facilitation in Conflict Resolution Skill

  • Ceridian Corporation, Created and facilitated team building and conflict resolution courses for the Senior Leadership Team of Ceridian U.K. which became the highest performing branch of the company

  • Intuit (NASDAQ), Facilitation and Training in Communication

  • General Electric (NYSE), Consulted for and trained Senior Leadership Teams in several major GE divisions in areas such as Organizational Development, Strategic Planning, and Conflict Resolution

  • General Electric, Real Estate Chief Investment Officers Leadership Team

  • General Electric Security, Conflict Resolution and Organizational Dynamics

  • Serving as mediator for the IMPG Intellectual Property Mediation Group a major cooperative team of intellectual property lawyers, financial analysts and mediators

  • Served as Executive Director of the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute, an international non-profit organization that trains healing professionals globally in trauma therapy. The organization has over five thousand members worldwide, over thirty faculty members and a staff of ten.
